Adventure Quest is not a regular training week. It is a fully immersive experience where movement, nature, mindset and community come together. You follow no fixed schedule and simply go with the flow. This creates presence, freedom and a depth that classic training camps never offer.
You disconnect from the outside world and live in a calm, focused rhythm. You train, rest, eat and reflect together in a private villa without daily distractions. Matthieu guides you with simplicity and intention, helping you find clarity, strength and balance.
No worries. Many participants had their very first open water swim or real cycling experience during Adventure Quest. You are guided by Matthieu Bonne who has several world records in swimming and knows exactly how to help you progress with calm and confidence.
The entire week is fully taken care of. Training sessions, workshops, accommodation in a private villa, all meals, snacks, guidance and all group activities are included. The moment you arrive you do not spend a single euro anymore. Even if you want to you will not find a chance to do so.
